DIGITIZING.

After you’ve given final approval on your pattern, we can digitize it. We scan in every point for every pattern piece.

GRADING.

Grading is the process in which we apply a specific mathematical formula to each point on each pattern piece so that your garment fits perfectly for every size. We can apply an existing grade rule you have or our in-house expert can create a custom grade rule for you.

MARKING.

Once grading is complete and we have all sizes for your pattern in the computer, we will make a marker so that we can cut your fabric. A marker is a piece of a paper that has every piece of every size of your pattern strategically placed to maximize fabric usage.
